What does “Coming soon” mean on a plan?
Exactly what it says: we have not built it yet, so you are not paying for it today. We mark it rather than hide it because these are features we intend to ship and dealers have asked for — but a tick next to something that does not exist is a lie, and we would rather show you a shorter list that is true.
Is it really free for private sellers?
Yes. Listing a car as a private seller costs nothing — no listing fee, no fee when it sells, and no card required. You do need a free Forecourt account, and right now that is the same sign-up form dealers use, so it asks for a name to display on your listing.
What does 'MotorFile linked' mean?
Every listing carries the vehicle's registration, and that gives buyers a one-click link to its MotorFile report — a live MotorFile lookup, including MOT history and tax status, free. It is a link to real data, not a badge we award ourselves. Service records logged by a ProWrench garage are private to the vehicle's owner and are not shown to browsing buyers.
Can I use Forecourt without a BSAPH account?
You need a free BSAPH account to list a vehicle. Browsing and making enquiries is fully anonymous.
Do you offer finance or part-exchange?
Not yet. A finance calculator and a part-exchange valuation widget are both planned for Growth and Franchise, and both are marked “Coming soon” above until they actually work. Today, finance and part-exchange are arranged directly between buyer and dealer — we are a marketplace, not a lender.
Can my dealer website use Forecourt's inventory?
The Franchise plan includes a white-label dealer website built on our site-engine — your domain, your branding. Automatic inventory sync between your Forecourt stock and that website is still being built, so for now stock is set up on the site directly.
